The client is a large organization with an administrative workforce that has provided support to traditionally configured offices within the organization. The organization altered its work processes several years ago to embrace the concept of product teams. Some of the administrative staff continued to operate outside of the product teams in traditional assignments. Others started to integrate into the product teams and found that to be fully productive they needed an enhanced skill set.

After consultation with the client's training department, HW&W provided suggestions for best practices coaching opportunities. The sessions were designed to complement the classes that are offered through regular training channels.
